New hotel, clean hotel, with comfortable rooms that are well designed with lots of light, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring thanks to the quick access to public transportation that takes you directly to the city center.

Everything was spot-on.

The location is wonderfully central, just steps from the train station. The staff's cheerful demeanor truly brightened my mornings and made exploring the city exciting.

However, I had significant issues with the bathroom's lack of privacy. The glass walls made it feel like the toilet was right next to the bed, which was quite uncomfortable.

The Courtyard By Marriott Hamburg City offers a clean and modern king room, featuring a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom with a walk-in shower. The gym and sauna facilities were excellent for post-work relaxation. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my business stay enjoyable and efficient.

The hotel has a very nice ambience with a clean and comfortable King Room. I loved the spacious layout and natural light that flooded the room. The staff were friendly and eager to help, which made a difference. I enjoyed the breakfast spread, but some items like the bacon and pancakes were often served cold. One morning, the fire alarm went off twice, which caused some concern. I appreciated that the alarms worked, but waking up early and having to stay up for breakfast after was a hassle. The location is close to public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. However, the surrounding area felt a bit unsafe at night, with too many homeless and unsavory characters visible as I walked back from the train station. The air conditioning didn’t seem quite strong enough, and I wished I could open the windows for some fresh air. Overall, I loved the hotel but felt the neighborhood and a few minor quality issues could use some improvement.

Had a nice stay for 3 nights. The room was spacious and comfy. Great location near a metro station, super convenient! The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially with directions. But the neighborhood wasn't the best at night. Also, the bar area had a nice vibe but limited snack options.

The Family Room with sofa bed we stayed in was very spacious and had comfortable beds. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the option of free coffee and tea in the room was a delightful touch.

It was just a smart choice for a passing visit in Hamburg with fantastic value. One night, I ordered a drink at the bar, and the bartender was super professional and friendly. Make sure to check the bar hours, as they might close earlier than expected.
